Sage was awarded Best of Opposite Sex at USA's 2011 Beagle National (Both varieties). The Judge was Mrs Anne Roth. Well done to Eddie, Torie & Bobby and also Lesley and Jane Osmotherly and Le and Helen Gibson!

 

At the recent QLD Puppy of the year competition, under an International panel of Judges, Snuggie made it through to the final 8 from 64 All Breeds Puppy in Show Winners!!

   

 

At the Ipswich Kennel Club show Snuggie was awarded Best of Breed and BEST IN GROUP! under judge Mrs J Croad.



At the same show Tonic was awarded Best Baby In Group, that's 4 from 4 All Breeds Show!!

 

Lucky for us the rain held off over Kyogle for the show this time!

George was awarded Best of Breed a BEST IN GROUP! under Afghan Hound Specialist Mrs Helen Furber (Furbari)

Scotch was awarded Runner Up to Best in Group!

 

 

George wins Reserve Dog Challenge and Intermediate in Show at the Afghan Hound Club of NSW Champ Show under Mr Jim Hickie (Gengala).

On the same day George won BEST IN SHOW!! at the Afghan Hound Club of NSW Open Show under Mr Tony Iken (Mistraka Kennels)

We had a great time at Allora & Darling Downs what great shows and so well run!

Snuggie was Best of Breed all three days earning her final 25 points (she turned 1 on Wednesday) for her Australian Champion title!

At the Burnett Kennel Club shows on the first weekend in September, Snuggie  (pic below left) was Bitch CC at both shows and Puppy in Show at both shows under Mr D Clark and Mrs J Clark (NZ). At the same shows Scotch was awarded Both Best of Breeds and 2 x Runner Up to Best in Groups (Group 2) AND baby puppy Beagle Tonic was awarded 2nd in Baby Puppy Sweepstakes under Mrs K Tosi (QLD) and Baby Puppy in Group under Mrs J Clark (NZ) Great job for his first time in the ring! George (pic below right) was awarded Both Best of Breeds and Best Intermediate in Group at the First Show then Intermediate in Show at the Second Show

2011 Brisbane Royal saw George win Reserve Dog CC from the Junior Class and Runner Up to Best of Breed under Mr R Lopaschuk (Canada) This is George’s second Royal Runner Up to Best of Breed, which for an Afghan of his age is quite an achievement! (pic below at Sydney Royal)

Tucker placed First in the Puppy Dog class and Snuggie who was a little unsettled due to being in season places second in the Puppy Bitch Class.
